Lecturer: So this holiday..really get into your preceptorship. The earlier you convince your preceptor that you can take it and you wanna learn, the more you're gonna learn. You'll learn things that you won't learn anywhere in a classroom. Oh sure, there'll be grunt work. Every single pharmacist you see working out there has gone through their fair share of grunt work. I've done my fair share of grunt work.
[Class starts murmuring.]
Lecturer (who is from Canada): [catches someone's whispered query and realises not everyone understands him. He tries to explain.] Grunt work? Uhh...Slave?
HAHA! As Eunice rightly said: 'That's the easiest way to put it.' Love this lecturer, dude. From a safe distance, though.
