Particularly funny after today's Political History lecture:

[Toby walks into office.]
Toby: Kathy, I need a copy of Article 1, Section 2.
Kathy [random flunky, busy at desk]: Article 1, Section 2 of what?
Toby [picks up a memo and reads it]: The Constitution?
Kathy: Is that something I'm supposed to have on my desk?
Toby: [pauses and turns to address the room at large] Does anybody have a copy of the Constitution?
[People look at him. Room stays silent.]
Toby [loudly]: This is discouraging.
Toby's assistant who just walked in: Bonnie, could you get Toby a copy of the Constitution?
Bonnie [hesitates]: Is it still in print?
Toby: Oh for crying out loud! Try amazon.com! If they don't have it, then just bust into the glass display case at the National Archives!
